The Employee Assistance Program will continue to offer a professional development group for faculty and staff. The next session will be offered via Zoom at noon, Jan. 20.
The group is focused on sharing key ways to bring your best self to work. Topics vary from effective communication skills, professional boundaries, time and energy management, dealing with change and cultivating resilience. Each session is offered at noon on the third Thursday of the month.
The January session will explore positive coping strategies for stress.
