Print and Mail Services unveils online storefront

Two computer monitors show the new Print and Mail Services online store.

The University of Nebraska–Lincoln's Print and Mail Services has launched an online storefront aimed at simplifying the process for ordering official business cards, stationery items, name badges, posters and promotional products. The new platform is available to university faculty, staff and students, offering an easy and efficient way to fulfill printing needs.

The storefront provides users with access to the appropriate templates based on their credentials and is intended to simplify the process. Customers can easily enter names and information for business cards and name badges, or can upload a spreadsheet with multiple names, all while ensuring adherence to the university's branding guidelines.

“We are excited to offer this new service to our community,” said Mike Chaplin, director of Print and Mail Services. “Additional items will be added to the storefronts in the future. If there’s something you would like to see added, please let us know.”

Also included in the launch is a new online promotional product store. Users can easily search, customize and purchase items needed for campus or outreach events, including university-approved table covers. With thousands of items available online and a knowledgeable staff on campus, users can trust the right product can be found for a good price. Many of the online items can be seen in the showroom at 1700 Y St.

Key features of the new system include user-friendly design tools, real-time previews of print materials, cost object payment options and fast turnaround times. The system is accessible 24/7, making it easier for customers to place orders when convenient.
