The Employee Assistance Program is offering virtual or in-person parenting learning sessions based on the program, “Love and Logic.” Schedule appointments individually or with a family member to learn about Love and Logic.
Videos, handouts and discussions with an EAP counselor will be used to facilitate learning.
“Parenting the Love and Logic Way” is a program that offers strategies to raise a responsible child that learns from the consequences of their own mistakes.
Participants will learn about avoiding power struggles, using choices, learning enforceable statements and teaching children to solve their own problems. "Love and Logic" will help parents learn to use empathy and consequences instead of anger.
