The next Meal Kit Monday — offered by the Campus Recreation and Wellness Center — will feature entrée options, harvest skillet chicken, crushed peppercorn steak or vegetable paella.
Offered monthly, the Meal Kit Monday program is intended to make meal time easier for members of the campus community. It allows individuals to pre-order meal kits for $15 per meal from the Wellness Kitchen. The meals — which serve four and can be prepared in under an hour — are available for pickup between 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Oct. 5 at the Wellness Kitchen inside the Rec and Wellness Center.
The three menus for the October are: harvest skillet chicken with sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts and sautéed apples; crushed peppercorn steak w/ creamed kale and potato wedges; and vegetable paella.
Registration for meal kits, due by 5 p.m. Oct. 2, is available on the Campus Recreation website.
