NUtech Ventures will host an interactive workshop for STEM graduate students and postdocs from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Dec. 9 at the Kauffman Center Great Hall. The workshop will center on maximizing the use of a doctorate and preparing for an industry career.
The event will include activities attendees will complete to help reflect on current and future research, as well as a guest speaker, Val Kovalsky, a co-founder and vice president of technology for the Nebraska-based startup Nave Analytics. Kovalsky will share his varied experiences working in academia, industry and entrepreneurship.
Lunch will be provided during the workshop.
