The Nebraska Repertory Theatre will present its second annual winter celebration, “The Holiday Cabaret,” beginning at 7:30 p.m. Dec. 13 at the Johnny Carson School of Theatre and Film’s Temple Building.
“The Holiday Cabaret” is a performance of holiday classics, some humorous and some heartwarming, by Nebraska students. Broadway star and Lincoln native Kally Duling will headline the performance. Best known for her role in “Fun Home,” she has also appeared in “Next to Normal,” “Guys and Dolls,” and “Peter Pan.”
“The opportunity to come home to join the Rep’s holiday cabaret couldn’t have come at a more perfect moment,” Duling said. “I am grateful for the opportunity to work with the incredibly talented UNL students, and I can’t wait to share some great holiday tunes with one of my favorite cities in the world.”
