Hope Lifaefi, a prep chef at East Campus Dining Center, sets out beignets and adds powdered sugar to them for the East Campus Mardi Gras feast. The feast was held on Fat Tuesday, Feb. 17, and featured traditional Mardi Gras and creole favorites.
