University of Nebraska–Lincoln employees are invited to take part in a unique, team-based wellness experience designed to inspire movement, connection and school spirit. HealthierU is launching the “March to Graduation” Virtual Group Challenge, a four-week initiative that encourages participants to collectively “march” across the state, one mile at a time.

The challenge kicks off on April 13 and will run through May 9.

The goal is ambitious yet collaborative: participants will work together to log a total of 3,018 miles, symbolically connecting every Nebraska Extension Engagement Zone before “arriving” in Lincoln just in time for commencement celebrations. Unlike traditional fitness challenges, “March to Graduation” emphasizes teamwork over competition. Employees will contribute toward a shared statewide goal, reinforcing a sense of unity while promoting physical activity and overall well-being.

Employees interested in joining are encouraged to register before April 13 and prepare to step into spring with purpose, movement, and Husker pride. To learn more about this virtual challenge, visit the official webpage.
