University employees can take part in Gratitude in Action, a virtual well-being program designed to help participants cultivate gratitude, strengthen positive habits, and bring greater intention into their daily lives.
The 15-day program will run June 1–19, excluding weekends, and encourages employees to pause, reflect and recognize the people, moments and experiences that contribute value and meaning to everyday life.
Visit the HealthierU 2026 webpage to register now until June 1.
Through a shared experience with colleagues across campus, participants will explore gratitude-centered themes. Daily reflections and simple action steps are intended to help employees incorporate gratitude practices into both their professional and personal routines. The program also provides tools to help participants track progress and build lasting habits that support overall well-being.
Registered participants will receive daily emails Monday through Friday throughout the program. Each message will include a featured gratitude theme along with access to an anonymous message board where employees can voluntarily share appreciation, encouragement, or reflections connected to the day’s topic.
While participation on the message board is optional, organizers strongly encourage employees to engage with the activity as a way to foster connection and positivity within the university community.
