Group Fitness Friend Week promotes the benefits of working out with friends.

Campus Recreation is hosting Group Fitness Friend Week March 26-30. Studies show that having an exercise buddy may be the key to pushing harder during workouts or even getting to the gym in the first place.

Group fitness classes are offered on both City and East campuses. By purchasing an All-Class Pass, students and members can attend all 70 classes per week.

Current group fitness attendees are encouraged to share the community and bring friends to classes March 26-30. All students and members receive one free group fitness class per semester that can be used that week.

Each friend group will receive an entry into a drawing for two $50 gift cards. The more friends brought to class, the more chances to win.

Pairs will also each receive $1 off a new post-workout drink at Scooter’s, located inside the Recreation and Wellness Center on East Campus.

New users will receive a coupon code in class to purchase an All-Class pass for just $30. The pass provides access to all remaining spring group fitness classes.
