Ready to refresh your routine and reignite your energy this spring? HealthierU invites university employees to register for the first movement challenge of 2026, Spring Into Motion. This virtual movement minute challenge will encourage employees to increase their daily movement with light-hearted, friendly competition amongst colleagues.

The challenge kicks off on March 2, but registration will remain open until March 3.

Participants can choose between beginner and advanced competition groups to best match their current activity level, making this challenge inclusive and achievable for all. Participants will have the option to track and submit their data either by using the movement app, Stridekick, or by tracking their data on a pre-designed Excel Sheet.

For more information on this challenge, or on any additional programs and resources offered by HealthierU, visit the program website at HealthierU.unl.edu. For questions about this challenge, send email to HealthierU@unl.edu or contact Annalisa Davenport at 402-472-6170.
