Counseling and Psychological Services will host a discussion on the mental health implications of the COVID-19 pandemic from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Oct. 20. The event, which is open to the campus community, will be available via Zoom.
The event will feature a short informative speech about the untold effect of COVID-19 on the mental health of the American population followed by small-group discussion with a CAPS member about our own mental health habits and behaviors during this period. It will also feature details on how individuals can improve mental health behaviors in a time of social isolation and distancing.
