The final cultural cuisine night of the current academic year will be 4:30 to 8 p.m. April 9 in the Willa Cather Dining Center. The theme of the evening is Brazilian Celebration.
The event is open to all students, staff, faculty and family. Regular dining hall rates apply.
Dishes will include Carne de Panela, Linguica, arroz branco, roasted plantains, Pao de Queijo and Brazilian lemonade (limonada suíça). The full menu will be available online.
This is the last Cultural Cuisine Night planned during the school year by International Student and Scholar Office, Student Culture and Community, and Housing and Dining Services.
