Based on the internationally acclaimed research of Drs. John and Julie Gottman, the Seven Principles program is designed to strengthen your marriage or committed relationship.
This six-week educational and experiential class is designed for any couple in a committed relationship. You and your partner will learn:
- How to foster respect, affection and closeness in your relationship
- Build and share a deeper connection with each other
- How to keep conflict discussions calm, how to break through conflicted gridlock and how to strengthen and maintain the gains in your relationship
Classes begin from 4-5 p.m. Jan. 23 for six weeks at the Nebraska Union, Food Court D. An alternate registration option is available for the full day workshop from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Feb. 18 at the Nebraska Easat Union.

Participants must purchase the Seven Principles Couples Set, which includes: two workbooks, one copy of The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work and Love Maps and Open-Ended Questions card decks.
