The one-man show “Rhapsody in Black,” comedian Brian Regan, Canadian Brass and Mannheim Steamroller are coming to the Lied Center for Performing Arts in December.

December’s shows:
“Rhapsody in Black,” Dec. 5, 7:30 p.m., Carson Theater – This thought-provoking one-man production follows LeLand Gantt’s journey to understand and eventually transcend racism in America. Gantt shares his life story from a childhood in the ghettos of McKeesport, Pennsylvania, to teenage experiments with crime and drugs, to scholastic achievement and successful writing and acting careers.
Brian Regan, Dec. 9, 7:30 p.m. – One of Jerry Seinfeld’s favorite stand-up comedians, Regan performs in close to 100 cities each year and has appeared in Seinfeld’s TV series “Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee” and Chris Rock’s film “Top Five.” He has released three hour-long TV specials – most recently 2015’s “Brian Regan: Live from Radio City Music Hall” – three CDs and four DVDs. “Canadian Brass Christmas,” Dec. 10, 7:30 p.m. – The renowned brass quintet will perform songs from “A Charlie Brown Christmas,” “How the Grinch Stole Christmas” and “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer” along with other holiday hits. The longtime group has performed in major concert halls around the world, sold 2 million of its approximately 100 albums worldwide, and contributed nearly 600 new works and arrangements to the brass quintet repertoire. “Mannheim Steamroller Christmas,” Dec. 20, 3 and 7:30 p.m. – Chip Davis’ Mannheim Steamroller has sold more than 40 million albums, including 28 million in the Christmas genre. With 19 gold, eight multi-platinum and four platinum records, Davis is among an elite group of artists that includes U2, Jay-Z and The Beach Boys.
