Wid Salih, a first-year student, received the Inspire Scholarship during the10th annual Inspire — Celebrating Women Leadership Awards ceremony on Sept. 18 at Pinnacle Bank Arena. During the event, UNL’s Colleen Jones, emeritus associate professor of practice in management, was honored posthumously as Inspire’s Woman of the Year. Jones died June 18.
