Campus rec offers free fitness classes Jan. 9-14


All group fitness, pilates and yoga classes at the Campus Rec Center and Rec and Wellness Center are free Jan. 9 to 14. More than 100 classes are offered during the week at varying times each day.

Popular classes include high intensity interval training, cardio dance, cycling, aqua, yoga and pilates. Click here for the full schedule.

University students and Campus Recreation members may purchase an all-class pass for just $55/semester to attend any fitness class on the schedule at any location. Passes may be purchased by visiting the Member Services Desk at the Campus Rec Center or Rec and Wellness Center on East Campus.
