In a Sept. 6 email to students, University of Nebraska–Lincoln leadership outlined changes to campus support services.
The update, available here, was issued by Chancellor Rodney D. Bennett and Dee Dee Anderson, vice chancellor for student life. The message includes a reminder about support services available to students; details about renaming the Office of Student Affairs to Office of Student Life; the inclusion of student representation in the chancellor’s cabinet; and changes to ensure that the university is a welcoming and inclusive place for all.
Bennett and Anderson assured students that the changes, which are based on feedback received from the campus community, are intended to enhance resources and support.
