James Bellman
A retirement reception for James “Jim” Bellman, serial records technician for University Libraries, is 1:30 to 3 p.m. June 5 in Love Library South, Room 218.
Bellman attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln as a graduate student in English starting in 1976. From 1977-1982, he worked as an instructor in the English department.
Bellman has worked as a serials records technician since August 1999 when he was hired to process monthly and quarterly print journals. During his University Libraries tenure, Bellman worked on many projects including preparing doctoral dissertations and master’s theses for cataloging.
A brief program for Bellman will be held at 2 p.m. at the reception.
