
John Bailey, Richard H. Larsen Distinguished Professor of Music, flute, in the Glenn Korff School of Music will present a faculty recital at 7:30 p.m. Feb. 4 in Westbrook Music Building, Room 119.

Bailey will be assisted by Christopher Marks, professor of music and associate vice chancellor.
The program includes Georg Philipp Telemann’s “Methodical” Sonata in G Major, Jules Mouquet’s “La Flûte de Pan, Op. 15,” Charles Delany’s “…and the strange, unknown flowers…” and Amanda Harberg’s “Court Dances.”
Bailey is a member of the Moran Woodwind Quintet, the resident faculty quintet in the Glenn Korff School of Music, as well as principal flutist with Lincoln’s Symphony Orchestra. He is an active recitalist, lecturer and masterclass teacher.
