‘Step it Up’ event begins Feb. 17

Campus Recreation’s “Well on Your Weigh” program is hosting an event called “Step it Up,” which allows a participant to experience 12 exercise sessions, unlimited access to a dietician and exercise specialist, and personalized attention to meet specific goals from Feb. 17 to March 13.

Interested individuals must complete the “Get Started” portion of the event, must exercise at least three days a week and want to lose weight. The event costs $69.
