Renovation to shift registrar services

Renovations will shift services offered by the Office of the University Registrar starting May 28.

Registrar services normally available in room 107 of Canfield Administration Building will shift to rooms 108 and 109. Both rooms are on the east side of the hallway, directly across from room 107.

The registrar’s front desk staff will move to room 108 and offer services related to transcripts, enrollment verifications, registration, graduation applications and general questions. The registrar’s records staff will move to room 109 and offer services related to grading, name changes and graduation applications.

The veterans’ affairs clerk will also be housed in room 109 during the project.

Other registrar staff will move to temporary space in rooms 33 and 59 of Canfield Administration Building.

The renovation of room 107 is scheduled for completion the week of June 23.

A renovation of room 109 will run from June 30 to July 11. Graduation services staff in 109 will move to temporary space in room 33 within Canfield.

The project includes shifting the office Richard Morrell, university registrar, into room 109. The move is designed to give the community simple access to the registrar.
