Regents request feedback on NU presidential finalists

The NU Board of Regents is asking faculty, staff and students to submit their feedback on the four NU presidential finalists by the end of the day on Sunday, Dec. 21.

Feedback may be submitted here and will be taken into consideration by the board in the selection of the next president.

Any member of the university community or public who was unable to attend the campus forums with the finalists may view recordings of the forums at the Lincoln campus by clicking on the link above.

The finalists are:

  • George Ross, president of Central Michigan University.

  • Hank Bounds, commissioner of higher education for the Mississippi Institutions for Higher Learning.

  • Michael Martin, chancellor of the Colorado State University System.

  • Sally Rockey, deputy director for extramural research at the National Institutes of Health.

More information about the university’s presidential search, including search news, board meeting information and each finalist’s biography and curriculum vitae, is available on the NU presidential search website.
