Dancers perform during a previous "Fiesta on the Green" at UNL. Due to the threat of severe weather and rain, the 2015 event has moved indoors to the Coliseum.

Due to weather concerns, UNL’s annual “Fiesta on the Green” will be held indoors, 4 to 7 p.m. April 17 in the Coliseum. The event, normally held on the green space north of the Nebraska Union, celebrates Latin American culture and heritage.

The event will feature music, dance, food and vendors that celebrate Latin culture.

Entertainment for the event includes a dance performance by Sangre Azteca, an accordion performance by Joseph Tamez and music by Marcos el Sabor.

The event is free and open to the public.
