Biomedical, obesity research core services presented June 25

Services available through the Nebraska Center for the Prevention of Obesity Disease’s Biomedical and Obesity Research Core will be discussed at a special presentation at 11:30 a.m. June 25 in Leverton Hall, Room 304.

The presentation will be an opportunity for researchers, graduate students and post doctorates to meet the core faculty and learn more about services that can be provided to meet their research needs with special emphasis on funding opportunities for research tool development.

Presentations will be given by: • Aktar Ali, core director • Steve Kachman and Kathy Hanford, biostatistics coordinators • David Swanson, Holland Computing Center

A light lunch will be provided.
