The University of Nebraska-Lincoln Libraries are offering a workshop to help students and faculty pursue academic honesty from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. March 31 in Love Library South, Peterson Room.

Maintaining academic integrity is a vital skill that students of all levels should understand. Associate professor Signe Boudreau, associate professor in the University Libraries, and Anna Wigtil, research specialist, will provide an introduction to SafeAssign, Turnitin and Vericite, three online tools that help students learn the importance of original writing, how to prevent plagiarism and how to properly cite sources.

The workshop is free and open to the campus community.
