To paraphrase Regent Tim Clare as he looked out May 6 from the lectern at a buzzing, jam-packed Pinnacle Bank Arena, the spring 2017 commencement at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln was definitely full of Kodak moments.

More than 3,100 degrees were awarded this past weekend, including more than 2,000 undergraduates who participated in graduation ceremonies on May 6 at the arena in front of 11,000 family and friends. Ev Williams, a Clarks native who co-founded Twitter, Blogger and Medium, was awarded an honorary doctorate and delivered the commencement address.
