Robert Huggenberger, 51, a learning spaces support associate for Information Technology Services, died Oct. 18 after a sudden illness.

Huggenberger worked at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln since 2006, installing and maintaining audio visual and computer equipment in nearly every campus building. He was a familiar face to faculty and students, answering classroom assistance calls and biking across campus.

He is survived by his wife, Mary, and son, Will.

Memorial services are 10:30 a.m. Oct. 23 at St. Teresa Catholic Church, 735 S. 36th St., in Lincoln. Visitation is 3 to 5 p.m. Oct. 22 at Butherus, Maser and Love Funeral Home, 4040 A St., and 6 to 7 p.m. (with rosary to follow) at St. Teresa Church.
