Nominations are being accepted for University of Nebraska Office Professional Association awards that honor outstanding office/service employees and managers.

Nominations can be submitted by any University of Nebraska–Lincoln administrator, faculty or staff wishing to recognize the dedication of a colleague. Four UNOPA awards are given annually. Each includes a personalized gift and cash award.

The awards include:

- Floyd S. Oldt Boss of the Year — Honoring excellence in personal management, this award recognizes university employees who demonstrate outstanding skills in employee supervision and interpersonal relations.

- Floyd S. Oldt Silver Pen — Honoring two office/service employees, this award recognizes employees who have demonstrated superior performance while employed at the university and have made significant contributions to the campus community.

- Floyd S. Oldt Outstanding Staff — Recognizing an outstanding office/service employee, this award honors an employee who demonstrates distinguished service and contributions to the university community.
