During a four-week span in the University of Nebraska–Lincoln's fall semester, the Outdoor Adventures Center opens for the League of Extraordinary Boulderers.

The league features three-member teams traversing 20 ever-changing routes on the bouldering wall in the Campus Recreation facility on City Campus. The program is designed to teach participants climbing techniques and build friendships with others interested in bouldering. The league is open to the campus community and the public.
