Faculty and staff can request Scantron-based exam and evaluation jobs and materials online from Information Technology Services Scanning Services.

Scanning job requests should be made within a week of administering an exam or evaluation. Requests can be made online or at Scanning Services in Love Library North.

To make requests online, faculty and staff login with their MyUNL credentials on the ITS Scanning Services website. Faculty can make exam requests, department staff can make evaluation requests or they can grant access to someone else, such as a teaching assistant, to make a request by proxy.

The online form generates a scanning job ID number that should accompany the exam or evaluation sheets when they are brought to Scanning Services.
