East Campus Dining to offer Mardi Gras lunch

The annual Mardi Gras Fat Tuesday lunch at the East Campus Dining Center begins at 11 a.m. Feb. 13.

The menu will feature a number of traditional recipes, including jambalaya, gumbo and beignets. A complete menu is available here. The meal is open to faculty, staff and the public. Cost for faculty and staff is $9.85. Additional pricing information is available here.
