The Stadium Drive and T Street intersection will close for a chilled water project starting March 4. The work is expected to continue through early April.

A chilled water upgrade will temporarily close a stretch of Stadium Drive starting March 4.

The project will block vehicle traffic on Stadium Drive immediately north of T Street (between South Memorial Stadium and the Stadium Drive Parking Garage) through early April. An alternative route around the work area will be open for pedestrians. Nearby parking meters on T Street (across from Richards Hall) will also be unavailable.

During the closure, a standalone chiller used to cool Stadium Driving Parking Garage offices will be removed and the facility will be connected to the university’s chilled water system.

For more information on the work, contact Charlie Griesen at cgriesen@nebraska.edu.
