Board of Regents to meet Nov. 14

The University of Nebraska Board of Regents will meet Nov. 14 at Varner Hall, 3835 Holdrege St. in Lincoln. Beginning at 3 p.m., the Academic Affairs Committee will hear reports on the university’s fall 2013 enrollment, including nonresident and international student enrollments, as well as campus updates from each student regent.

The brief Board meeting will begin at 3:40 p.m. Both the committee meeting and the Board meeting are open to the public and will be audio-streamed live at www.nebraska.edu.

On Nov. 15, the Board will reconvene at 8 a.m. at Hewitt Place, 1155 Q St. in Lincoln. The session will include presentations on the new clinical enterprise at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and the university’s strategic framework, and will be followed by a tour of Nebraska Innovation Campus at UNL.

The Nov. 15 session is for informational and discussion purposes only; no votes will be taken. It is open to the public although no live audio stream will be available.
