Sharon Kuska is a Registered Professional Civil Engineer and has been teaching courses in the Department of Architecture since 1986 in the areas of structures in architecture, computer applications in architecture, and architectural design.Her topics of interest include rural architecture, bridges, and seismic design, which have led to research on covered bridge origins and design, four-square housing design and construction, and high-strength concrete column design.
