Bio
C. Steven Bradford is the Earl Dunlap Distinguished Professor of Law at the University of Nebraska College of Law. He teaches courses on securities regulation, corporate law and accounting for lawyers. He is the author of numerous articles on securities regulation, including several articles on crowdfunding and the regulation of small business securities offerings. He is co-editor of the Business Law Prof Blog. He holds a master’s of public policy from Harvard University and a law degree from Harvard Law School.
